My heart is full knowing that you are here.

Let me tell you a little about me. I've been highly sensitive and empathic all of my life. I just never realized it. It was not recognized as a "good" thing as I grew up. I learned early on that being like everyone else would help things go smoother. So, I began to use those innate traits of empathy and observation and intuition to read people, feel what they were feeling, identify what they wanted from me and become a person they would be comfortable being around.

I now recognize that I was using the power I thought I had to interact with the world around me. As an adult, I was confronted with the realization that I had codependent patterns and traits.

My journey has been one of reclaiming my sense of self, my identity, my personal power, and trusting that I will not abandon myself. As I have placed trust in the power of healing made available through Jesus Christ I have seen unexpected results.

My migraines healed first through emotional release methods. I recognized that the power is within each of us to change our mindsets and heal our bodies and our lives. I began to accept that we do each carry divine DNA.

As my healing continued, I recognized new ways my sensitive self was tapping into the unseen world. I began to go through a massive shift, which could be called a dark night of the soul. I spent many months experiencing darkness and light in what seemed like the extremes of my mind.

I know now that this journey required me to stretch to the breaking point so that I could find a deep connection to the Divine power of Heavenly Parents and Jesus. I was being called to trust and have faith that they had my back and would provide a way for me to overcome my doubts and fear in the depths of my soul. As I did this, my highly sensitive self honed the gifts that were mine. My spiritual muscles received strength.

I learned how to release the old ways of being and incorporated beliefs and systems that supported my soul blueprints. Ancestral and generational traumas surfaced that needed to be addressed. The DNA we each carry has influence from past generations in our present lives. By understanding the flawed power dynamics of past generations and the beliefs that drive them, I recognized how to shift my energy and close out these past cycles so they no longer repeat or have power over my life.

My work finds and completes generational cycles, releases and reframes false belief systems, identifies blocks to progress and flow. I am honored to assist clients with deconstructing what no longer serves them while restructuring energetic systems in ways that create movement toward authenticity, integrity, inner authority and personal power. All my work is possible because of faith in the power of the Atonement of Jesus Christ. I believe his great love and devotion make all healing possible.

I am fluent in Soul Retrieval, Soul Alignment, Divine Blueprints & Gifts, and Akashic Records and want to share what I have experienced and learned through my books and speaking as a Spiritual Mentor.
